As should you...Glad to see they are hiring the CEO a secretary that can check his grammar.
Clearly the guy runs the company like his household, we were just lucky enough to get a peek of what happens behind the scenes.
For shít posting on the internet. LolAs should you...
Definition of a white person?
Getting a gold medal for winning is not cheating.Your English is really atrocious and you should probably address it instead of wasting time punishing the people on this forum.
Let people do whatever they want with their own businesses, to employ whoever they want without being punished - but create incentives to uplift people based on who they are as individuals, not their race, age, belief, sexual orientation or sex. We can only grow as a country and a community by uplifting those around us.
Bragging about winning a race that you've cheated in isn't an accomplishment, based on your analogy.
For failing at grammar in a post in which you criticise somebody else's grammar...For shít posting on the internet. Lol
someone you would see ,if they hid under your bed.Definition of a white person?
Yeah, I am very familiar with the personalized touch, ours used to also write personal communication signed in his name to us when he started, seemed like a nice touch.I am surprised by that paragraph; they should owe up. For me this just seems like the normal way of operations being communicated by the executive. There is clearly a style to it, a personalised CEO touch. My first thought was that this was fake, but I have seen this from the upper echelons before.
Personally, I am not going to hold anything against Dischem, this is the framework they are in for a public trading entity, and for those who know me around these parts I do support transformation in the public and public trading sectors. If they were a private entity, it would have been a whole other matter in my view.
My advice to Mr. Saltzman is to tone down on the explicit use of "whites" and "blacks", we are all human.
What makes her a loonie? Because she uses big words you don't understand?
In that case they should show the JSE the middle finger and go private or list on a different exchange.Every single JSE listed company has to follow racist government policies.....the plus side is who really wants to work for dischem anyhow.
The language used in that letter shows the CEO's attitude toward those people and would explain why they have to place a moratorium when they should have been managing this from the start.Yeah, I am very familiar with the personalized touch, ours used to also write personal communication signed in his name to us when he started, seemed like a nice touch.
When money started rolling in and he started getting greedy and hogging all of it, the personalized emails stopped and we started getting mails from the Office of GCEO, even the tone changed and he was no longer the nice guy who wanted to relate to us on a personal level.
He was still way more professional than Saltzman though, for what he has achieved the guy sounds very poor in communication, that mail is something I would expect if I was reading Hlaudi's communication when he was still the Boss, it's almost unbelievable, I thought there was going to be a reasonable communication that involves an intern whose abilities were grossly overestimated.
The JSE is shrinking... https://businesstech.co.za/news/fin...rinking-jse-investors-explain-whats-going-on/In that case they should show the JSE the middle finger and go private or list on a different exchange.
The trend will continue as long as we have these business unfriendly laws. The JSE is shrinking... https://businesstech.co.za/news/fin...rinking-jse-investors-explain-whats-going-on/
In the article, they attempt to hedge it to the global trend, but the argument simply falls flat. Capital has been leaving south africa at an increasing pace. You cannot be globally competitive with a 30% premium on top of your margin, due to BEE.
LOL, do you actually realise how few non-white pharmacists are out there? He doesn't have the luxury to place moratoriums on white pharmacists, without pharmacists he has no business. The language used in that letter shows the CEO's attitude toward those people and would explain why they have to place a moratorium when they should have been managing this from the start.
Ja right. They'll still do it quietly like every other place.
How many are thereLOL, do you actually realise how few non-white pharmacists are out there? He doesn't have the luxury to place moratoriums on white pharmacists, without pharmacists he has no business.
Then you still have to factor in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, which is placing pharmacists into every position that was once occupied by non-pharmacists, from clerical work to warehousing and distribution.
There is just not enough to go around and it is being exacerbated by the SAPRA and SAHPRA who have clerks (pharmacists) who are writing rules and laws without realising the consequences (labour cost, amongst others).
