I think it digs into education and what opportunities are being supplied to poorer black communities. White communities did benefit from segregation but an anti white stigma and culture also needs to be addressed in educational facilities. I don’t see SA leaders wanting to embrace anything of western tradition but rather considers it their enemy. Apart from self enriching luxuries off course.

There’s a lot everyone can learn from each other but being anti this or that culture will get people absolutely nowhere.

Interesting, I disagree with his conclusion that it isn't racist though, discrimination based on race is the very definition of racism. I also didn't see him make any mention of the turn over rate of employee's at management level which is traditionally a lot lower than non management level employee's and must play a part in the disparity between white and non-white employee's at management level.

Ja, I be guessing he were the type to write umpteen pages on why making people who happened to be classified by apartheid as black had to carry a dompas.

Affirmative Action is social engineering in order to achieve a socially desirable outcome. It's ideological and conforms to socialist ideals.
