I started getting regular disconnections since 20:26 on 2005-09-15; regular as in every couple of minutes / seconds...

So far I've had 973 disconnections today (@ 21:10, ave +- 45 disconnections / hour), the longest lasting connection was at about 19:00 for 15 minutes.
[Edit1] Considering that IPCop's hold-off time is set to 30 sec, the actual connected period is very short on average.[/Edit1]
[Edit2]The hold-off time doesn't seem to come into play, also the authentication on reconnection seems to be very fast, disconnect and reconnect within seconds (3 - 5 sec). New IP every time.[/Edit2]

It just started out of the blue last night. Today I moved my UTD slightly, increased signal strength from -104/-106 dB to -81/-85 dB, but didn't notice any peculiar activity with rfScan, eg like uplink failures, and my connection doesn't seem to hop between BS's:

17324.635 rfScanGpp 1 Bscc 2 Cost -83 Distance 8 Load 2

The real bother is that I can't see anything peculiar in the logs, except that the connection drops...

Obviously no response yet on email to helpdesk, Luis & Sasan :( And I refuse to call to be given their usual worthless run-around.

Same prob using FC3

The disconnections also happen with FC3, although connections seem to last a couple of minutes on average, so apparently not an IPCop specific problem... :(

After I pm'd iBurst, then mailed Helpdesk, Luis, Sasan and then eventually posted here, the problem was magically resolved... No response from anyone yet, however.

I started getting regular disconnections much the same as on Monday the 12th.

I have yet to receive a response from any of the above so have posted on Hello Peter to see if they can get a response.
