Well was actually referring to something else he said.I actually agree with EADC and I have also pointed it out in the initial thread on this topic. Solidarity isn’t tackling the problem, they are tackling an entity who have to abide by the ‘new’ B-BBEE Sector Charters which came into play in 2017.
Discovery Bank isn’t the issue or the human rights criminal, it is the dti. I would love to know how many Solidarity members who are titled to a business entity are abiding by the B-BBEE Sector Charters. It seems everyone is happy with a 10% empowered partner than having that 10% distributed in accordance with the Financial Sector BEE Charter.
Nobody wants to tackle the issue at the root but is willing to tackle an abiding entity to score political points.
Yeah selective outrage from solidarity as usual.
And as usual crickets. Makes a claim but not prepared to substantiate is when called out. Please explain.
Similar reaction today. Quite noticeable how he and his circle jerk buddy tag team to just stir shyte. And as usual crickets. Makes a claim but not prepared to substantiate is when called out.
The more things change, the more they stay the same. Who says history does not repeat - the real history that is? What we have is the result of JvR 2000 arriving yrs ago. It suites the narrative. Everybody wants a free lunch now.I don't get it. When black people were fighting against exclusion, it was all fine, noble and just. And they were right to do so, as they were fighting for their own survival and progression.
But now that white people are doing exactly that, we are wrong? Do black people think white people should just sit back and applaud their exclusion to their own detriment?
Maybe we should have a list of no white companies. I support my country when my country supports me.
They already using wife's stroke therapy money......This bank won't have any money baring customer accounts, if they loose all that white privilege money. Well, they can always fund it with all the money they make via their medical aid venture.

Blacks has the copyright and registered trademarks for racism, the struggle and apartheid.I don't get it. When black people were fighting against exclusion, it was all fine, noble and just. And they were right to do so, as they were fighting for their own survival and progression.

+1Discovery can go to hell.
How is the boycott going?
The bank targets the poor with great incentives. The poor can have their bank. Not interested in Discovery Bank and they will never see a cent from me.
