This is ridiculous, what was so inaccurate with strava?
You can manually add workouts, and Discovery is so useless they can't tell difference between real GPX data...

It's a toss up between fitbit, Garmin, jawbone and polar device. What's the best?
I love Garmin. Got one, never have any issues.

I'm not that surprised about these changes. The number of people getting rewards for not doing that much actual exercise was quite obvious. That said, I think the changes are harsh on those of us who do attend the gym regularly. Discovery has now swung too far in the wrong direction.

Eish, must admit I saw this coming, have seen a few people wearing two devices at a time. Still think they have gone to the other extreme...![]()
But to keep a vigorous hr for over 30 min shouldn't be too hard?
Bike for 20 min and Walker for just over 15?
You can only get points for 1 exercise a day anyway so that won't do a thing.
The problem is that "Vigorous" was defined as >70% of your HR. It's now changed to >80% which is actually quite tough. Especially if you're trying to make 1200 points every week.

I'm guessing this person wearing 2 devices would be wearing one for their own points, and another device to give points to their SO, for example, while the SO sits at home
