DStv channel shut down

Disney will be pulling its Fox channel from broadcasters in Africa at the end of next month, including DStv, StarTimes, and StarSat.

A Walt Disney Africa spokesperson confirmed to MyBroadband that the channel would shut down on these platforms a minute before midnight on 30 September.

It's going to be a struggle for DSTV to get enough content to justify next April's annual increase (or the previous ten).

Shame.

Sounds like they will also offer Disney Star in SA.

Not quite, if you read the article.
you do realize next year is 2022 right?

I fail to see what it is you thought you were correcting with this post of yours? is your self worth that low that you had to go and correct someone on the internet for saying something that is 100% accurate? and then "correct" them by saying exactly the same thing?

It looks like DSTV might lose the Disney channel soon as well. Major blow for Multi-Choice

They will do an increase anyway.
If people still leave DSTV, they will, once again, run to ICASA to change their nappy.
