distribruted proxy load balancing thingy!

i'm looking for a simple piece of software, a proxy that cascades to many other proxies in parallel!

basically, i have proxy A, its has a 10 meg connection to proxy , B,C,D...

proxy B and C and D only have 1 meg connections to the internet each!
so in total, there is 3 meg from the internet, however proxy A can only cascade to 1 other proxy! what i need is for Proxy A to be able to cascade to B+C+D, and pretty much balance all requests over them, that way it will basically have its 3 meg connectin, anyone know of some simple proxy software that can do that?

EG so IE opens a connection proxy A, proxy A then opens a connection to B, B then fetches whatever from the internet, IE then opens another connection to proxy A, A then says, well B is in use, so lets connecec to C, so now IE has 2 connections , 1 going through proxy A, the other through proxy B

I know it's not what you're asking, but whats wrong with PC 1-9 using proxy A, pc 10-19 using broxy B ...
Cos that you can setup using DHCP.

well pretty much i do all the surfing from my pc , and proxy A is mine, i want the 3 meg pipe for my own downloads

Use Squid (*nix). Setup a Cache Peering network.
Or, you could use Equal Cost Multi Path to sort this out the proper way
