DNS problems? Telkom ISP

Anybody experiencing DNS problems recently since the 'upgrade' to 4mbit. I seem to be able to connect only to certain sites. Tracert's to overseas sites are very erratic if non-existent, to SA sites it's more stable.
Any alternative DNS's I can use? This has been going on for the last 3-days.
