In that PDF from ICASA's website, there is a section, #12, that says that if you want to apply for exemption, fill in form M.

Form M starts on page 61. Fill it out and send it in to ICASA.

Kameel, I wish you the best of luck, but ... please please please provide feedback if you can. I am extremely keen to see how ICASA treat you.

Im almost done with my wugsite. Then i can go live and unhide my ssid's. Im using radius wirh mac filreting. That will prevent unauthorised people to access the wug. Only members(people who registered) can use the wug and its services. I think i going to send the exemption form just to see what icasa replies, but if they dont then i will say that i tried

Nothing i did decide to vput evrything on hold. Hopefully someone with knowledge of law will join my wug and then he can help me
