Ok healthier options.

Bacon and avo and cream cheese with a load of sprouts instead of lettuce

Lettuce, cold roast beef, brie, dash of mustard and sweet onion jam (must be sweet or sandwich is unbalanced to the salty side).

cold roast chicken, homemade mayo, sweet chili sauce and coleslaw

emmentaler or edam, fried oyster mushroom, lettuce, and gherkins

black forest ham, goat's milk or sheep's milk soft cheese, and coarse ground black pepper could add rocket as an optional extra (for the peppery sharpness but don't overpower the cheese).

smoked salmon, avo, cream cheese, black pepper, squeeze of lemon
Awesome Ideas, love it !!

It is more expensive that Butter and has never tasted quite right.

I bet it’s more artificially dodgy than any margarine.

I honest to god prefer Rama over it.

But even Rama isn’t branded a margarine anymore and just a “fat spread” now.
It's what I use at the office when in need, I never actually buy the stuff; if I use it once a week on seed crackers it's a lot. Completely a taste prefer en for me with zero consideration if how much plastic I'm ingesting . Lucky enough to always have butter at home

Eggplant / brinjal slices roasted in coconut oil is one of my favourite things
Haven't tried that.

I will be roasting raw peanuts in coconut oil a bit later this morning. Then covering with Celery and Garlic salt. Just have to resist eating too many. For some reason my body no longer likes peanuts.
