Yes a flat. Low maintenance and only 2 bills to pay monthly. It’s much better than a free standing house.

Once during Telkom's fibre roll out, by gate bell rang and there was a young man in a tie and suitcase standing by my gate. Over the intercom he says he has good news for me. I was so excited, fibre. So I invited him in, offered him some cooldrink. As I returned with the cooldrinks, he packed out all his brochures. Non Telkom related... So I politely told them there has been a big misunderstanding, but he is free to finish his cooldrink.

In our complex, we have one JW family. They are renting and keep to themselves. Of course, they can't knock on doors inside complex but they are quite harmless really.Yes.
