Yes.

Despite objecting to this form of taxation and being a vehement critic of the SABC and all state-owned media I've paid the tv "licence" fee every year since I left home.

Btw, in English the noun "licence" has two c's and the verb has an s. Americans don't distinguish nouns and verbs.

Nope, no televisions here.

I could see myself paying for a license if the money was going to be used productively. Consider all the value UK viewers gain from having paid their license. Alas here it's used to sponsor ineptitude. One could argue paying your tv license makes you complicit.

Had to, to urgently buy a TV for a project. I had hours to finish the project.

Well, there's willfully not paying while you own a TV. Then there's not paying because you don't own a TV. I don't pay because I don't own a TV.
It's a binary universe. Strongly suggest you tick No, then. :p

paying a TV license is just another tax on the corrupt and inept SABC.

rather pay Netflix, as one has much more choice.

another fishing expedition

should rather be a multi choice question:-
No I don't pay because:

1) I don't have a tv signal receiving apparatus
2) I don't have a tv signal receiving antenna
3) I don't have Dumb Stupid TV
4) I don't watch shyt
5) I don't support corruption
