Update: We lost! :crying:

The correct answer was TUESDAY ... which is somehow more saddening than losing. :crying:

there is zero chance i am going to bottle stores this coming week, last time the queues were an hr or more. I still have loads of home made beer and not a single ****ing pineapple in sight since Level 5 !

I learned from last time. Avoid Makro. Go to my small local one :) And yes I will be there at 9am. Only discovered one of my favorite Whisky's was discontinued and during second ban and I know who still has stock :)

Looks like mostly as expected. I do however think alcohol restraints will become permanent in a more formal manner post lockdown with a lot of opposition from the DA (ironic as WC abuse is well documented) and lobby/industry groups.

Let’s hope people keep distancing and allow for level 1 or 0 to happen later this year.. hopefully by mid October at latest to allow for tourism from dec/jan (international travel is typically planned a minimum of 1-3months in advance).

International travel requires the other countries to allow people in as well.

Not at all ironic. They're undoubtedly aware of the real factors involved and thus easily recognise that attempting to tackle the symptoms, like excessive alcohol consumption, is doomed to failure.
