Both fica and natis need proof of address.

Natis is the vehicle information and licensing register/authority.

You guys are great! Thanks ....you never know, always have to be careful. They also need copy of ID book and drivers license (seems redundant if you ask me!)

Although that was 10 years ago, maybe it has changed now
