Anyone else having problems with their connection the last few hours.

I'm constantly getting disconnected. I connect no problem and the connection appears to be reasonably fast, but invariable gets disconnect after about 5 or 10 minutes. Then I connect again and it's fine?

when it's on, it's great, but the connection just gets dropped at some point.

I'm in Centurion, BTW.

Cheers

Gunny, what do you mean you didn't "have to" disconnect? I don't have to disconnect either, it just does it all by itself.

anyway, hope you're right. it's a tad irritating. Current connection has been going for a good 7 or 8 minutes now, so I hope it lasts.

I get connected at the following rates today:
Download Speed: 875 kbps (109.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 347 kbps (43.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Yesturday it was at:
Download Speed: 87 kbps
Upload Speed: 56 kbps

Since the 5th of June 06, my problem is that after a while there is no connection at all (within less than 10 minutes and sometimes less than about 40 minutes, but never more than that). The 3G card seems to be connected and receives a signal, but when I try to go to any web page then it gives me an error that this page cannot be displayed. Just as you would get when there is no connection. What I then need to do is disconnect and exit the software, remove the 3G card and reinsert it, and connect again. This is rediculous since it wastes my time. (If I do not remove the card then an error message appears within the vodafone software even if I exit and restart the software). I even tried uninstalling the card and reinstalling it.

Does anyone else experiencing the same? What am I to do in this case?

Yeah, mine turned out to be a soft lock on the account that was causing issues again. Never got a warning SMS like previously, so not very happy about it.

Anyway, finally managed to get through to cust service and talk to someone who could tell me how to remove the limit altogether, just need to do it now.
