Does anyone actually use D / vibe.d?

I was wondering if anyone is actually using D in conjunction with vibe.d?

If yes then:

1. I have been reading about it, from what I can tell, vibe.d is something like Express for Node, is that correct?
2. Coming with a basic to fair understanding of technologies like PHP, Node and Python; would things be very different to what I already understand? How long might it take for me to gain a basic understanding in this?
3. What kind of things are you using D/vibe.d for?
