Does anyone have a NON 10215 number of TelkomInternet

I'm attempting to get through to a specialisist tech support person ( / system dns administrator ) at TelkomInternet with regards to DNS problems I've been having with my email hosted with Telkom ( I have a SOC reference )

Trying to navigate the stupidity that is their supposed "help desk" is driving me up the wall.

Does anyone have a direct / non 10215 number for TelkomInternet to somebody actually knows what DNS is ?

Good luck, you wont find much help. 10215 is pretty much the only option... all other numbers will be directed to the same place. Is it just an email DNS prob?

We have 2 domains ( and accompanying emails ) hosted with Telkom.

Telkom's DNS server is non-functioning resulting in all emails to the particular domain not being delivered ...

I've been without email for 3 days now and losing thousands of rands in business. Telkom's apathy and COMPLETE lack of communication are beyond ridiculous.

If i were you i would point your domain to another mail host whilst you try get telkom to care...

yes they are having problems with there hosting...
but u can try using 0800500100\0800500300 (routs to 10215 anyway) and 0800 500 200 they not telkom internet but they can answer most telkoms questions ( if they want to )
