Does anyone have contact details for a real person at Rain?

Hi all
I'm completely fed up with Rain support. Numerous calls, twitter messages and live chats and going nowhere. All I get is that 24-48hr runaround that they seem to specialize in.

And whether by accident or design, there are no direct head office numbers listed anywhere.

I'd appreciate it if anyone here can share a direct connection with an email address or number that I could use.

Why do you need a direct email? What happened
Sudden loss of signal and speed from last Friday.

Despite logging calls for a reference, phone calls to "help desk", and DMs on Twitter all I keep getting is "escalated to Networks, turnaround time is 24 - 48 hrs". Been trying since last Saturday.

Frankly I'm really annoyed. It seems clear (to me) that the signal strength and speed issues are related, and there's a tower around here that's not working right anymore. But there's more than one tower and they can't/won't tell me where it is so that I can realign my external antenna.

its whats expected, same with eskom/JHB water or any "service"
Saffers are particularly bad when it comes with giving good service.
I think that even startup telcos like this tend to emulate the established rent-seeking companies by copying their Customer Care systems or recruiting their staff from those companies.
Whatever the reason, it makes them vulnerable to other startups with better CC. I only wish there was an alternative.

It would be great if you can help. the problem is outlined in post#11 above. Essentially the speeds (download in particular) have fallen from 20mpbs (and 50mbps late at night) to below 1 mbps, starting on the 28th of June.

I might add that the speeds have fallen even lower in the last couple of days, and the experience is more 2G than 4G now.

I am so g@tvol of Rain. Non existent customer services. day 5 without internet. despite rain acknowledging the mistake is on their side. Managers I spoke to on Friday refusing to take my calls (despite me being nothing but respectful to them in trying to resolve my query). They seem not to have answers and are now avoiding my calls. Whats the next option at my disposal?
