Does CellC switch off there network at night?

I live in Glenhazel, Johannesburg. I'm using CellC pre-paid data cards in both my iPad and a speedstick modem. During the day I get really good data speed. Almost never less than 3mbps and I've lately been getting in excess of 9mbps with the speedstick. However, every night at almost exactly 8pm its like CellC switches off the network for the night! Data throughput becomes almost non-existent until about 7am when things work again. I can understand maybe slow speeds because there are more users but the problem is like someone switched off the network completely!

I am experiencing an almost identical problem in Kloof, Durban. Some nights and weekends I get no signal at all! All I want is some consistency, I never know if I will have internet or not, very frustrating Cell C!!

Same problem in Amanzimtoti, although it starts earlier for me. At first it started with my phone only being on edge until I either force 3G or reboot it. Now there's no Internet for the second day. I moved to cells because vodacom is crap in our area, but I feel like i'm back to those days.

Forgot to add that whatsapp and email appears to be fine.

I am experiencing a similar problem in Centurion. I always have a strong signal but from about 16h30 the throughput on my speedstick starts dropping and by between 19h00 and 20h00 it becomes completely unusable till after 22h00.

I have logged calls but nobody has come back to me yet and when I follow up all info I get is that it has been referred to the technicians.
