Does Dyndns access work on the new 41. range?

Can anyone confirm that they can access their dysndns machine when its IP is in the 41 range?

Pinging xxx.ath.cx [41.243.30.xx] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 41.243.30.xx: bytes=32 time=267ms TTL=243
Reply from 41.243.30.xx: bytes=32 time=233ms TTL=243
