This thread poses the question: Does IQ affect a person's acceptance of Science.

A better question: Does IQ affect what a person accepts as Science.
The answer: Yes - most definitely - many are those that are fooled by BS.

May I propose a better "Debate"? Is scientism better than belief in the god of Abraham? Pretty sure the answer is obvious.

Some people are not interested in Science.
As such (because they don't care), they don't really understand what Science is.
They make no bones about it, and will freely admit that they are stupid.
It however does not mean that they are in fact stupid.

Some people are interested in Science, but they don't know what it is.
They think they know what Science is, but they don't.
They generally have fragile ego's, and will rarely (if ever) admit that they don't know what Science is.
They are truly stupid.

Some people are interested in Science, and they know what it is.
They know that Science is limited.
They know that some things that is claimed to be Science be BS - that it is not Science.
They generally don't care about their ego's.
They are far from stupid - reason being that they know they are stupid.

So.
How stupid are you.

Thanks for this. This is simply unreal.

A pertinent point that you didn't mention - this is a perfect example of indoctrination. This is obviously aimed at children.
Yeah and it gets so much worse then that
.

Watching this reminds me how the anti-evolutionist on this forum act and make arguments to the point where I don't think anything anyone says or can prove will change their mind.
