Divorces in SA is very much geared towards the women. You have to pay 15% pension interest upon divorce yet you would have been lucky to get 5%. My one friend married for 20 years had to give his entire pension to his ex, yet she was fired for fraud from her office so couldnt work, and got his pension due to the pension interest calculation. She walked away with many things, and he a hardworking honest employee gets screwed.

And now they have made it, that even though you are married out of community of property, you can still claim maintenance and part of the assets. This will affect all previous and current Out of Community contracts. So generally pretty much everyone is now technically married in community of property, just the men will loose all their property in the process.

It's all BS studies. It worked well in SA before 1994. It works well today elsewhere in the world too.

I'd argue there are so many other confounding factors in play pre-1994 that nobody can look at the death penalty in isolation and any effects of it being removed in SA (effective policing, relative lack of corruption, passes controlling movement, general lack of human rights for people with a particular amount of melanin in their skin etc.)

The social service worker should be dragged into the street and be shot. She ruined so many people's lives. I can't figure out why she did it , but she should be prosecuted (and then shot).

She didn't even had recordings and made notes while "investigating" this case. And she actually got caught for similar instance a year before. She actually got the mom and kid to "rehearse" the questions and answers. Like what comes out of dad's privates... she coached this kid.

This social worker is from Satan himself....

Just speculation, but she might have been hurt in some way in her earlier years and takes it out on any man she can find. As she really go out of her way to "punish" the dad.
