Patience young one. It will only happen when the Republicans find the village idiot of no use anymore.

They have a get out of jail free card at the moment. They can do whatever they want. If things head south, they will shiff him and blame him for everything
Wait. So all this Russia this Russia that is totally useless. A mere distraction. Meanwhile, while the peanut gallery bitches and moans about Russia, the Orange Oracle (pbuh) goes about his business.
Hilarious. As you were.

No, it's totally useful. It's just too soon.

A glaring irony is for a campaign that was run as ultra patriotic to be so willing to garner assistance from a foreign government is laughable.

So yes let us naively belive there is nothing more to this.

Remember how House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy made private comments about thinking Trump and Rohrabacher being paid by Putin?

He claims it's a joke, obviously. But why do you think someone would even make a joke like that? Why would the 'joke' not work when made about someone like John Kasich? Because Kasich hasn't been acting like someone who is maybe doing Putin's bidding.

The GOP leadership also thinks there's something fishy about the way Trump has been acting towards Putin since at least June last year, probably before that.

And the White House has been working pretty hard to try and water down the sanctions in place.

It's half a year

Nixon took 2 years to get ousted from the first Watergate articles coming out. Republicans backed him all the way.

Fox News put an ellipses where the actual email actually said the assistance was "part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump"

https://www.yahoo.com/news/even-whi...onewalling-donald-jr-s-meeting-232113089.html

A clearly exasperated White House staffer told Yahoo News they believe the continued attacks on the Clintons are an effort to satisfy Trump, who has infamously remained fixated on his election victory. The staffer suggested this focus on the Clintons is leading to statements that don’t address the issues at hand and therefore prevent the discussion from moving on.

The staffer’s take: “The Clinton stuff is purely done to appease Trump. It’s the equivalent of giving a sick, screaming baby whiskey instead of taking them to the doctor and actually solving the problem.”

Source: Exclusive: DOJ let Russian lawyer into US before she met with Trump team
The Russian lawyer who penetrated Donald Trump’s inner circle was initially cleared into the United States by the Justice Department under “extraordinary circumstances” before she embarked on a lobbying campaign last year that ensnared the president’s eldest son, members of Congress, journalists and State Department officials, according to court and Justice Department documents and interviews.

This revelation means it was the Obama Justice Department that enabled the newest and most intriguing figure in the Russia-Trump investigation to enter the country without a visa

Kremlin-connected lawyer ... no
Obama / Loretta Lynch connected lawyer, oh the delicious irony :crylaugh:

The Moscow lawyer had been turned down for a visa to enter the U.S. lawfully but then was granted special immigration parole by then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch for the limited purpose of helping a company owned by Russian businessman Denis Katsyv, her client, defend itself against a Justice Department asset forfeiture case in federal court in New York City.

“That's a discretionary act that the statute allows the Attorney General to do in extraordinary circumstances. In this case, we did that so that Mr. Katsyv could testify. And we made the further accommodation of allowing his Russian lawyer into the country to assist,” he added.

The prosecutor said Justice was willing to allow the Russian lawyer to enter the United States again as the trial in the case approached so she could help prepare and attend the proceedings.

The court record indicates the presiding judge asked the Justice Department to extend Veselnitskaya’s immigration parole another week until he decided motions in the case.

Letting a lawyer in so she can defend her client in court? No way!

Scraping the barrel...

Trumpets still trying to spin so hard, desperate. There is video going around with Trump hanging out with the people mentioned in the email in 2013. I suppose Obama planned that as well, Obama is next level.

MSNBC contributor Joan Walsh appeared on MSNBC Live on Sunday and attacked Ivanka Trump for not only briefly sitting in for her father at a G20 summit meeting, but for wearing a “girlie” dress while doing so.

The author of the book, “What’s the Matter with White People?”, believes that Ivanka’s “ornamental” dress was symbolic of “patriarchal, authoritarian societies” where daughters are “property”.

Glad to see MSNBC is keeping it real. Apparently wearing a pink dress with bows is anti-feminist.
