f you buy a box of cereal—you have a voter ID. They try to shame everybody by calling them racist, or calling them something, anything they can think of, when you say you want voter ID. But voter ID is a very important thing.

NYT has a damning article about Facebook:

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/11/14/technology/facebook-data-russia-election-racism.html

While Mr. Zuckerberg conducted a public apology tour in the last year, Ms. [Sheryl] Sandberg has overseen an aggressive lobbying campaign to combat Facebook’s critics, shift public anger toward rival companies and ward off damaging regulation. Facebook employed a Republican opposition-research firm to discredit activist protesters, in part by linking them to the liberal financier George Soros. It also tapped its business relationships, persuading a Jewish civil rights group to cast some criticism of the company as anti-Semitic.

....care how many lives the ruin. These are Angry People, including the highly conflicted Bob Mueller, who worked for Obama for 8 years. They won’t even look at all of the bad acts and crimes on the other side. A TOTAL WITCH HUNT LIKE NO OTHER IN AMERICAN HISTORY!

  2. The inner workings of the Mueller investigation are a total mess. They have found no collusion and have gone absolutely nuts. They are screaming and shouting at people, horribly threatening them to come up with the answers they want. They are a disgrace to our Nation and don’t...

What does 'publicly indicting' mean?
What does 'espionage' mean?
What does 'extradition' mean?
This sounds like a bad thing that would get 45 rage tweeting...

U.S. Is Optimistic It Will Prosecute Assange

The Justice Department is preparing to prosecute WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and is increasingly optimistic it will be able to get him into a U.S. courtroom, according to people in Washington familiar with the matter.

Over the past year, U.S. prosecutors have discussed several types of charges they could potentially bring against Mr. Assange, the people said. Mr. Assange has lived in the Ecuadorean embassy in London since receiving political asylum from the South American country in 2012.

The people familiar with the case wouldn’t describe whether discussions were under way with the U.K. or Ecuador about Mr. Assange, but said they were encouraged by recent developments.

Ecuador’s relationship with Mr. Assange has deteriorated sharply since last year’s election of President Lenin Moreno, who has described him as a “stone in our shoe” and said his continued presence at the embassy is unsustainable.

An indictment from special counsel Robert Mueller that portrayed WikiLeaks as a tool of Russian intelligence for releasing thousands of hacked Democratic emails during the 2016 presidential campaign has made it more difficult for Mr. Assange to mount a defense as a journalist. Public opinion of Mr. Assange in the U.S. has dropped since the campaign.

Prosecutors have considered publicly indicting Mr. Assange to try to trigger his removal from the embassy, the people said, because a detailed explanation of the evidence against Mr. Assange could give Ecuadorean authorities a reason to turn him over.

The exact charges Justice Department might pursue remain unclear, but they may involve the Espionage Act, which criminalizes the disclosure of national defense-related information.

Well, I heard it was a very strong opinion. Uh, which is good. But [Whitaker] is just somebody who’s very respected.
I knew him only as he pertained, you know, as he was with Jeff Sessions. And, um, you know, look, as far as I’m concerned this is an investigation that should have never been brought. It should have never been had.
It’s something that should have never been brought. It’s an illegal investigation. And you know, it’s very interesting because when you talk about not Senate confirmed, well, Mueller’s not Senate confirmed.
I love the way Trump just says the things.

Hilarious how Daily Caller gives him these pathetic softball questions and he just straights admits it's only about the Mueller investigation. Admitting obstruction of justice in plain sight.

Is Mark now part of the alt-right? I would think so.

Attention Twitter ratio folk, Mitch has been dethroned by a hack from the Washington Examiner.

As is my wont, I was twittering last night when I picked up one of my follows commenting on an Eddie Scarry AOC tweet that had been posted about five minutes earlier... The comments were already a seven story high dumpster fire for 'ol Ed, and they were picking up heat and speed.

I watched it in real time and have never seen anything like it on Twitter. The comments were brutal and the text became a meme overnight.

Eddie's deleted the tweet (after folk like Mike Cernovich told him to) but, you know, the internet...

That ratio...

His, "I took it down" tweet is being murdered too...

ATTN! I posted a tweet earlier suggesting the incoming congresswoman looked well put together -- ELEGANT even -- despite suggestions she’s struggled. The tweet was taken as something else, so I’ve deleted it!

8 300 plays 212. Ouch.

Eddie's TL is carnival of Washington creep shots. Scroll down at your own peril.

Minutes later Ms. Harris, a California Democrat who’s eyeing a 2020 presidential bid, said there are “many” people who perceive ICE officers as similar to KKK thugs in using violence and intimidation.

“I’m very specific about what I’m asking,” she said. “Are you aware that there’s a perception that ICE is administering its power in a way that is causing fear and intimidation particularly among immigrants and specifically among immigrants coming from Mexico and Central America?”
I don't see the issue. She specifically mentioned perception, many times. To the guy who said that the democrats are "“NeoKlanist"

If you want to see a Twitter storm of note, you should look at this one:
It's about Melania Trump, and it is NSFW, so open carefully. Looks like it is open season on the petty insults now.
That's one good looking FLOTUS!!! Not much of an insult, in fact it isn't an insult at all.

But then we know that a certain side of the spectrum struggles with wit.

Bette deserves that ratio, but your 4,5:1 "storm of note" barely registers on the Scarry 43,8:1 scale.
I concede. You are correct.

But, are we not allowed to call out budding Socialists for embracing Capitalism?
