It's patently obvious that the legal battle would end up in the supreme court, and RBG isn't going to make it to the end of 2020 as a supreme court judge, making it all the more likely that Trump gets to stack the deck with another conservative judge before his term ends.

The PR message the Dems are portaying is that they care more about minorities (except the Jews) and immigrants (legal and illegal) than the American people.

I was more thinking about what happens when the "white" and "jewish" quotas become two separate groups and the colleges and universities all have to make sure they get rid of privilege and have the Jewish quota reflect the national demographics. But yeah, it could go that way, too.
