Cell-C's 3GB for R299 valid for 365 days isn't bad.

The prices are ridiculous. ICASA need to regulate and stop being bullied by the service providers. Right now the only Broadband is around a politicians waist.

Why not? I've got wifi at work, home, I use anything between 200 - 500 Mb a month. So I only buy what I'll need.
Could/ should it be cheaper? Sure. But not about to spend more so my per Mb cost is less.

Mobile networks in South Africa offer a range of mobile data packages - some are good, and others are terrible.

A measure of the value you get from a mobile data bundle is simple to calculate, all other elements - such as network coverage and download speeds - constant.

I'm trying to limit my mobile costs with dual sim phones: Wifi > Rain > Vodacom.

No no no, we can't regulate prices. Companies need to make ALL the money! Regulating prices to make them fairer is socialism!

I use Telkom LTE prepaid - R250 for 10GB anytime and 10GB night.

I think it's good value for money, considering it's prepaid.

That package has been removed.

You can only get the 10GB for R599/365days from the cell C stores now.

Which is still a pretty good deal for the year.
