How the ding dong are you supposed to download stuff from support.dell.com? They love to give you a merry chase whilst you're trying to figure out just where do you click in order to download the file(s) without using their download damager...

I gave in and used the download manager... remember being pleasantly surprised that it actually worked through a proxy.

Just select the bottom option. It downloads through your browser and you don't need to install their software.

If you have a download manager like FlashGet, the bottom option is the way to go. At least you can then resume downloads when the connection resets, which happens frequently with that site.
