Download speed after capped?

Hi guys

I am downloading at 9k after capped and able to download 1gig in one day is that normal?
what is ur speed after cap?

I get about 64kbps just like advertised. Although it is a bit jumpy sometimes....for example i can get 128kbps for 2 or 3 seconds but then it will fall to 20 or 30 kbps for then next second or two. If worked out over a few seconds it's roughly +/- 64kbps.

Me 3. Directly after I was capped, the speeds bounced around like mad. After about 10 mins the stabilised to 8 kbyte/sec. Peaks at 12Kbytes/sec some times.
