Downloading past cap (IS News server, 10GB local only)

Hi guys,

I got the 10GB local only account from Openweb and I've just gone over my 10GB cap for the month. However, I've just tried on a whim to connect to the IS news server and I'm still able! Is this a fluke? Or do IS continue to allow access to the news server since it's on their own network?

If Telkom sells IPConnect per installation this would make sense, but if it's per GB of data this is costing IS more money.

Which is it?

Thanks

AFAIK you will be hardcapped after you go over your cap. You might be lucky and still get access for a while, but you will probably be capped before the end of the month. IS like most are not good at capping when capping is due, so a few accounts won't be capped for a little while longer. I've had international on a 2gb/28gb account up to 4gb once. It lasted for about 6 or 7 days then i got capped on int.

So enjoy it while you can :)
