It finally struck home to me over the last week that affordable bb is years away in ZA ... we need to help ourselves. Waiting for our dear minister of coms to deregulate the industry is a quite pointless. If we spend a quarter of the time we useually spend bitchin' and moanin' on these forums actually doing something (setting up wifi) we could have already found a workable solution.
