DR Data ???

Hi all
Is anyone experience a problem with the 16202 number?????I can access my cell number and get my balances and everything but i cant access my data card via 16202{Unable to process your request please dail 808}Done that but when i phone 808 a can not here the operators because the line breaks up.

Ps: Since my bill run on the 14th i can not access it...

I still have the same problem that I cannot access the 16202 number but I did get hold of 808 and they did give me a ref: number but it is still not sorted......

I just simulated a call from another contract number that has a data bundle and I was able to get the balance option on both the ""All bundle info option"" and the ""Data bundle info option"". Could be issues with just your number. PM the number and the pin so I can simulate.

Thanks. Simulation yielded the same error. I have another department looking into it as it seems that its just your number, other numbers that I simulated work fine. I will feedback in 15minutes.

Yes it did work before.I activated it when I got the card in December last year.It stop working just before my bill run on the 14 May.
