I've been driving the new 1.6 CVT Qashqai for about 10 days now, and I'm relatively impressed. I have the Techno pack installed which comes with the around view monitoring cameras which are probably my favourite feature as I can see exactly how close I am to something whilst parking.
Pull offs feel a little sluggish, but after the initial build up, its pretty zippy and you don't feel like you are doing 120 on the highway.

Trying to get Google send to car to work was a mission in itself, but now thats its working, its pretty cool, except for the fact that I have to connect my iPhone via USB and open the Nissan Connect App everytime I want to use it. I don't understand the point of the Facebook app for the car.

What did you have before the Qashqai? Just to get some perspective.

The 1.5dCi I drove was quite lazy, and I'm afraid the 1.6dCi won't be much better.

I'm quite sure there will be tons of remorse when you have to fill the tank of that beast.

Congrats on the Q3. I drive a Tiguan 4Motion. So basically the same car, but a 2.0TSi.(Fuel is cheap in Oman )
