Driver's licence card tender not yet adjudicated - five shortlisted candidates announced

I can see many drivers who present the new license card to traffic officials being arrested for fake licenses as the test phase is rolled out.
Not all traffic officials will be aware of the change in drivers licenses! This is just my opinion.
 
I'm sorry to say but this was the most useless article in a long time. All the information has been out there for the last couple of months. Instead of giving a clickbait headline, rather just not write something. Two minutes of my life wasted.
 
Tender taking long because they struggling to plan how the 80% of the inflated budget will get to the cadres.
 
But like weren't we supposed to have new cards by the end of April 2024?

So effectively, her entire sound bite/quote is a lie. She knew nothing was done yet, where the hell was the team travelling to if they finalised a list of candidates now?
