Driver's licence machine in Germany for repairs - could take a month or more

I'm quite convinced we are capable of doing these things in our country.
Is there a tender? I'll take it. How hard can it be?

LOL

I have some advice for the license department.

If you need to get a single machine fixed it COST less to ship over the people to fix the machine than to send over the physical machine.

People move faster than equipment.

the wastage and incompetence know no bounds?
what next?

they build a mini Berlin complete with the Brandenburg gate, so the people fixing the machine "feel' at home.
maybe get a few people to speak some German even.... i mean we have enough expensive German sedans around.

“The machine is being fixed in Germany. We have been affected by the festive season in Germany,” he said.

“It probably will take about a month or so, and the machine should be back.”
Those damned inefficient Germans, how dare they be on holiday in December.

“The license machine is in Germany. It has broken,” Mbalula told eNCA.
His lips were moving, he is a politician, how do we know he wasn't lying?

My expectation is that the machine was sent via SAPO and never left SA at all.

With the current 5 year renewal system, who fits the bills for motorists required to renew cards that have been delayed as well as when it is expected to replace with a new version of the license card? Will it be extended to a 10 year renewal period as per most international regulations as well? SA Government finds ways to make money off of us citizens so easily instead of finding ways to better serve the citizens.

Must be an Atlantic Zeiser machine.
No, can't be as I heard from a very reliable source who told an uncle of my 2nd cousin that "The Machine" is part of the "Fellows" brand. The guys who make laminating machines you know, trusted by millions.

What an utter load of bullshyt! How the fuk do these pathetic cANCer cretins even dress themselves in the morning as they seem to share 2 brain cells.

My expectation is that it will never be used again.
