Drop In Price?

I recently saw an advertisment in the newspaper that said telkom are dropping the cost of adsl per month. But could anyone please tell me if this offer is also for clients that has been using the adsl before this offer was offered?

Their February reductions were applied to all new and existing clients, so a precedent has been set. I would expect further reductions to be applied to their complete client base...
