DSL line cancellation

So I got hooked up to fibre over the weekend. Do I have to cancel my DSL line rental with Telkom now or is there still a line rental that has to be paid to Telkom as Telkom and Openserve are basically the same company? Would there be a line rental fee towards Openserve or is that all included in my deal with Axxess, my ISP?

Zero voice line cost if you don't want a home phone anymore. Cancel it.

Yeah... ADSL is still telkom and Openserve is their Fiber split...

They will charge you for everything ADSL until you cancel it... Its a 30day notice cancellation tho. so they will still pro rata bill you happily for June.

Not sure on this one - I downloaded the cancellation file, completed it and walked into my local Telkom store - had the cancellation processed with immediate effect (the Lady asked me when do I want the cancellation to kick in).

Waiting for my final invoice to see if I will be charged for an extra month's rental (nothing was mentioned at the time my cancellation was processed).

Got my fibre installed via WebAfrica on 2nd of June. Cancelled my ADSL but has calender month notice. Has to pay Fibre + ADSL until en of July!!!!
