Hi, would like to know if someone can tell me what options I have to try and get past this problem.
According to Telkom my dsl line is in the holding pool with no outstanding pending orders. Then when I contact my ISP to pick up the line they respond with the message “unfeasible due to a pending order on the line” and I need to clear this with Telkom.
Contacted Telkom again and again according to them everything is fine. Is there something specific that might cause this or some one with similar experience and how to fix it?
