DSL not connecting, Mega 100WR

Since last night my DSL has been playing up, usually it connects within 10 seconds to the ISP after the line has synched but now its is giving me the following connection error: "Terminated: Modem Hang-Up".

and the system log shows this:

anyone had any experience with this?

Yesterday I began receiving messages stating that there was "a problem with a device connected to my computer" everytime I attempted to connect to my DSL ISP.

After much frustration I finally connected. I don't remember the specifics but there was some problem with the PPPOE connection. Will have to check later when I get home
