DSTV 4136 Single Veiw Remote Control ( Model No. PB5 )

Hoping someone can help me out on this, I have looked everywhere on the internet. I have teh granny flat on a property, i have a second view remote ( model BP5) .Yesterday it was working properly...today it lets me into the information menu..but then gets stuck there, if I push "OK" it just moves to the next channel on the info dialougue without actually changing the channel. Yesterday iy was working perfectly. I am cant fogire it out, hoping someone has had the same issue

There are two TV's on this system, then they broke in and stole the eye and the TV in my flat. We have since connected another eye with a new remote but it worked internittitnly as explained above...and now doesnt work at all. Anybody had this problem before?
