I have a very unusual issue - we have 2 Exploras connected with xtra-view 4 TV's connected with TV links. All was working perfectly until a couple of weeks ago. We started noticing at a certain time the decoders would stop responding to the remotes and Explora 2 would lose picture as well. Well we figured out the problem it is the one TV in the bedroom as soon as you turn it on this happens why would that be and how can we fix the problem?

You say all TVs are using TV links, remove the TV link from the problematic TV but plug the cable back into the TV and see if the problem still persists..

If the problem goes away with the TV link removed from that TV, at least you know it is related.. Can't tell you how though..

Thanks for the advice yes we removed the TV link and the problem goes away - I think it's something to do with the IR sensor in the TV
