DSTV Explorer 2 with free installation - Black Friday special at HiFi Corp

So who's responsible for installation of this Explora 2 decoder I received from HiFi Corp? Aren't I supposed to have received something like a voucher for installation? The box has a sticker saying it includes free installation, Dish and Smart LNB but I don't even have an invoice from HiFi Corp (bought online, no email received). What do I give the installer? Does the serial number tie up with something he submits to DSTV?

Nope, all they gave me was an order number which tells me there's no info for my order. I have no login - the order was processed as a site 'guest' not registered user.

Anyway, long story short, the QR code on the package took me to a list of installers on multichoice's site, I tried them one at a time until I found one who was able to do the install. The first said he can only do them from next year (he probably hasn't paid his subs or received 'training' from their little boys club despite being an installer for over 10 years), the second told me to phone Ellies, Ellies gave me 3 numbers - one answered the phone and can do it.
