Well it's better than what I'm paying now.

I pay R829 for premium now just so I can watch Rugby without hassles. I did the pirate streaming thing but it was frustrating.

With flex I'll now pay R299 + R349 = R648. If I understand the pricing correctly.

Are you allowed to accept tips? (bribes)

:whistling:
Probably not but it’s never come up.

Fwiw I prefer to use a different account when I approach a forum rep for support to avoid the appearance of any improprieties.

There's still the extra R105 access fee for PVR / XtraView / Catch Up use...

Just pulling your leg, though it is suspicious how many times DStv articles come up here. Maybe 'cos they're more in many people's lives than many care to admit...

Allow per-channel subscription, with none of that basic package BS.

For instance, for me, I would only be interested in Motorsport (mostly MotoGP but anyway), and maybe the rugby for if I want to have a couple of friends over instead of always having the braai at their place. I have zero interest in football (soccer) so why pay for that? Not sure what grandstand is or why I would want/need it.

Not interested in movie or series channels, since streaming is a thing.

Agree

Each channel should be a flat rate of 75 buxs, pick what you want
Otherwise go for the bundles on offer as they have advertised.

Aren't those articles (promoting company's we don't like) considered "partner content"?

They (MC) explained on their old forum that they can't do that as cheap channels are bundled with better ones by the suppliers :- (
