MultiChoice has announced a new mobile TV gadget for Apple iPod, iPhone, and iPad

This looks interesting, but the antennae loop looks like it would snag on things pretty easily.

The battery life is a bit disappointing, and there's no mention of how to re-charge it. Also, what is the picture quality like? I have a new iPad (3rd gen) - will it play full screen with a decent resolution?

Shame, why are Android left out in the cold? It also mentions battery life so I'm assuming it's talking about the device itself not what it's connected to? Devices requiring extra external power ftl.

nope, there is already guys bitching on dstv's forum about it not working on a jailbroken device, however , there was some clever people that, erm, "fixed" the dstv app of that issue some time back...
