Dstv Xtraview help

OK I have an eXplora and the dstv hd4u decoders, dual lnb and a 5-2 multiswith.

Here is my connection
Exploration
Rf out
And connected to Unicable A on the switch

Dstv HD 4u
RF in
And connected to multi switch output 1 on the switch
____________________________
Xplora I get xtraview ready but inactive

On Dstv HD 4u I get "waiting for communication from primary decoder"

What have I missed?
Channel 100 works

HD 4U must be RF out and set like that under settings

OK will rectify that, must I also RF out on exploration?

Were do I setup in the menu... I can't find the settings either on explora nor the 4u.

Yes Rf out on explora.On 4U hit the blue DSTV button on remote,settings,system settings,remote control,RF settings
