Hello, looking for some advice please.

Is it possible to get a dual monitor output from a single HDMI source? Not look for a duplicated display, must be different screens. Details below:

Laptop:
- Single HDMI output
- 1 x USB 3, 2 X USB 2.0
- No VGA, USB C or other video outputs

Monitor 1 Input:
- VGA
- HDMI

Monitor 2 Input:
- HDMI
- DisplayPort

Thank you for your thoughts!

Maybe you can get a usb3 display adapter and connect a monitor to that.

Will this disable the HDMI output? So send a video signal only over USB 3 and not also over HDMI?
No. You'll end up with 2 separate display cards afaik.

Never tried this though

Alternatively, port replicator or docking station for the laptop?

This is not possible. Your graphics card did not support it.

No worries. I'll try the USB 3 option, hoping to find somewhere locally that has stock
