Since your last foray into the forum you've been somewhat quiet. Hope the rather feverent defence of ProASM by many on the forum didn't silence you for good.
You indicated that you are employed by Sentech. As I understand it you are rather directly involved with Sentech's MyWireless service. While I realise that you will not make any "official" comments concerning the service or Sentech in general, I was hoping you could provide your opinion...
Since Sentech's last announcement on their forum concerning "upgrades" that would only minimally affect 256K users things have gone rather seriously downhill for them...
What many would like to know is what is being done and why is it so seriously detrimental to the service when Sentech specifically indicated that it would not seriously affect service?
Do you believe Sentech are still on track to implement the solutions – on 2 separate occasions call centre staff have indicated that the fixes will only be done by 1 September – in contrast to the official notice provided on Sentech’s forum (indicating 25 August). What am I as a MyWireless user to believe ?
Does Sentech realise or care that many users have had absolutely enough of the misdirection, delays and silence from Sentech ?
While your response is “your opinion” I do believe it will be of benefit to the MyWireless community in general as the silence from Sentech is doing far more damage than good.
