Dysfunctional MTN Mailbox

The surprises with MTN just gets better....

This morning they decided to cancel my voice mailbox. Now, every time I access it via 100 it asks me to select a password and record a new greeting.:mad:

How does one rely on a service like this to derive one´s income? And with the painstakingly slow data service, and having to communicate to mostly international clients at night, I am soon going to be a very poor man...thanks to MTN.:eek:

Has anyone had experience with the cancellation of a data contract, where no hardware was taken on as part of the package. In other words I signed a 24 month 1 Gig Extended Data package contract but bought the router cash. Can one cancel it?:rolleyes:

I haven't picked up any of these problems

We have switched the NUT off and made testcalls to make sure the NUT does not switch on again. Please monitor and let us know if it occurs again.
