The surprises with MTN just gets better....
This morning they decided to cancel my voice mailbox. Now, every time I access it via 100 it asks me to select a password and record a new greeting.
How does one rely on a service like this to derive one´s income? And with the painstakingly slow data service, and having to communicate to mostly international clients at night, I am soon going to be a very poor man...thanks to MTN.
Has anyone had experience with the cancellation of a data contract, where no hardware was taken on as part of the package. In other words I signed a 24 month 1 Gig Extended Data package contract but bought the router cash. Can one cancel it?
