After much pain and e-mail that I sent I got this , at 10:15am today, they say they have identified the problem, we identified the problem months ago, the dumb monkeys running this place. HAHAH

To answer your concerns regarding the current situation
with regards to My Wireless, we have identified the problem
causing the performance levels of the service supplied.
The situation as it stands is that the process in
delivering a stable service has been initiated as "code
red"
We at the customer relations desk realize the frustration
that you are experiencing.
As for the queries that you regarding contract terms and
agreements as well as refunding,unfortunately I cannot
comment on them, but we have send through to the department
authorized to deal with your concern.
As for any possible 'lead time', at this stage it is not
possible to supply you as the situation will take time to
resolve.
At any stage of development we will strive in keeping you
informed.
The two ticekt numbers logged are: 5304, 5807
