I realize you have ignored my previous 2 e-mails, and this is very much appreciated as I am used to it now. Nothing is getting fixed is it? I have been waiting for two ****ing months for your account department to get back to me about my refund, I have been waiting even longer for some closure on the absolute pathetic system of bandwidth management, I have stood by while you blame your customers time after time for the stupid mistakes your technicians make and I find it ironic that you want to make money but you just cant find the time in your busy day to deliver a service. My business has lost countless amounts of money and time due to this and this is not something I am particularly happy about, I get between 2k - 5.6k/sec on a ****ing 256k package and this is not broadband in any form of the word, I get disconnected on average about 5-10 times a day and again I am used to it because this service has fallen down the pit of pathetic business practice. The thing that really pisses me off is how you have the nerve to treat your clients and how you feel it ok to not return calls, not reply to e-mails and just have your helpline monkeys sit there never informing them about what you guys are doing so they have to hear all the shouting while you sit in your air-conditioned BMW's on the way to a weekend away at the coast, I mean that IS where the money is going isn't it? Because it sure as hell isn't going into buying the correct equipment or getting trained rather than cheap moronic technicians to come and fix the problem. You guys had the potential to atleast alleviate some of the stranglehold Telkom had on this country but instead it seems to me you guys work hand in hand so as not to stand on eachothers monopolistic toes. It is sad that MW is going to die a pretty fast death in South Africa, I would have loved to see you guys make a success but I guess anything that the state owns must be pathetic. IBurst is going to be released next year and let us pray to God all mighty that they have been watching the joke that we now call SinTech. I just don't understand why you had to take the millions you spent on this service and screw it up for yourselves. You could have put a baboon in charge of your "company" and it would have done a better job with its hands tied behind its back. I really hate your nerve as a company, the pride with which you seem to advertise your service THAT DOESN'T EXIST (Broadband = Fakeband) in the context of your service. Don't think you will be getting away with it for much longer because you wont, the public outcry gains strength each and everyday and we have the numbers and the voice to speak out against a service that tries to pawn off a second, make that forth rate service to the unsuspecting public making you much like our wonderful landline operator. Im sorry to see the downfall of such potential but then again considering my treatment, Im not. I salute you SinTech I salute you.
