E-toll surcharge - Courier companies

Hi All

As all courier charges are different depending on the client, I was wondering what each courier is charging with regards to the e-toll surcharge? Please can people post what their courier will be charging so that I can compare costs and confirm that I am not getting a raw deal. For confidentially you dont need to use their names.

We currently have 2 couriers one for bulk and one for documents and both have indicated an increased of 2% and 1.7% respectively.

i use internet express as a courier.
